US Health Insurance Markets Touted by Official

wpUS lawmakers were given the assurance this past Thursday that the Obama administration is about to enroll millions in new health state insurance markets. However, both Democrats and Republicans immediately expressed their concerns about the probable costs of the coverage.

A Senate panel was given assurance by Department of Health and Human Services official Gary Cohen that the online marketplaces are going to meet the enrollment deadline on October 1 for all the 50 states. Cohen is the official who was responsible for implementing the markets known as health exchanges.

At one of the congressional panels overseeing healthcare – the Senate Finance Committee – Cohen said the following, “We are making great progress. We are on track and we will be ready for people all across the country.”
